How do I pay my monthly bill?
Storage options + payment options keep us flexible. You can pay by credit or debit card by calling in, or have them deducted automatically each month. We also accept checks at all of our locations or, of course, you can mail in your payment each month.
Does Tri State Self Storage.com provide locks for storage space? Who gets access?
You can purchase a new, sealed lock at your facility. No one but you has a key for access.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. We take security seriously. All of our facilities are enclosed with a security fence and gate and tenants receive their own gate access code. In addition, there are state-of-the-art computerized security cameras and well-lit storage spaces and driveways.
When can I have access to my storage space?
Tenants have access to their storage units 7 days a week from 6am – 9am. 24 hr. access is available upon need.
Do you offer have storage for personal use and business use?
We have storage space for both household items and business uses. Our largest facility accommodates both at one convenient location.
Do you supply moving trucks?
Use of a moving truck is available at one of our locations and the other facilities will assist you in making necessary arrangements.
Do you have hand-carts available?
Use of a moving truck is available at our Dupont Hwy location and the other facilities will assist you in making necessary arrangements.
What exactly is “climate-control?”
Climate control is a feature that allows your storage unit to maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees so that extreme temperatures won’t damage your stored goods. This option is really useful when storing special items like wine or other perishables.
